Well hello fellow citizens! Happy day to you all. This is a personal Blog that comes from a couple ancient pages on the original DesertSunrise.net.

I am just an American citizen trying to do my best to show what is good and valuable here in America. On these pages I will hopefully be able to give the reader a view of the beauty of this nation in both land form and human form.
I am a not a native to California having been born in the Hawaiian Islands but transplanted here by the "Go West Young Man" mentality of businesses and companies that are here in California. (But primarily ended up in the Western USA from pop who retired from the US Navy in Nevada)

Like millions of other Californians I am a victim of "Hotel California" syndrome.

Being an ex-country boy I believe that this nation can heal the land that we have  forcibly taken from the Native Americans who were the best protectors and overseers of this land.
